i wud like to share a small thing which i missed in my last blog. I shifted to this PG 3 months back. I have a doctor;s chamber next to my place. There we have an old lady who doesnt have any family.The doctor has kept her there as a caretaker. One night in January, the temperature went down in Mumbai. It's 5 months since i landed in Mumbai and my way of gifting others has continue. From beggars to childrens to my roomies to my family, i have tried gifting everyone.



Achievements:

As usual, was waiting for the signal to go green. Its a longish wait. There are numerous kids very tiny ones perhaps 3 to 4 years old who beg at every car window. Two days back two of them ventured near my car window. I began chatting them up. Both of them were bored - all they wanted were some coins not words...

Hi everyone.... looks like lost in the world of work... well some of us atleast me, I am lucky that I have made giving a habit. So on 17th a few friends got together at Marriette's place to make sandwiches. The idea was to make some sandwiches and then distribute it to the homeless and poor people in Delhi. Marriette made it clear to everyone that we were not not just doing food distribution but actually trying to connect to the people we give food to by having a conversation.
